EFT courses
Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, has devised three levels of training and set out what he wants covered in what he calls content-approved courses. My courses all follow these guidelines. All of them are also approved by the AAMET - The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies www.aamet. org.uk.
The courses I teach are below. The Masterclasses are all at Regent's College. Australian courses have a link beside the date.
LEVEL ONE. This workshop introduces EFT and explains the theory. On it, you learn the "basic recipe", see demonstrations of the technique, and have the opportunity to learn several ways to use it. There is time to tap on your own issues and to aks lots of questions. We will also look at what to do when EFT doesn't work. The course is suitable both for therapists from either mind or body work backgrounds who want to incorporate it into their practices and for people who just want to learn more about it for themselves.

Most of my EFT courses are held at Regent’s College, Inner Circle, Regent’s Park, London NW1 4NS (pictured above). The nearest underground station is Baker Street.
If you are driving, take the A501 (Marylebone Road) and turn into York Gate. Cross York Bridge and you will find Regent’s College on your left-hand side. There is some limited parking available in the college car park.
EFT supervision day:
The next EFT supervision day will be held at Regent's College on Sunday, June 8. It is open to all Level 3 EFTers, whether they trained with me or with someone else, and will provide half the AAMET mandatory supervision requirement for people who have done Level 3 in the last year, and all of it for people who have had Level 3 qualification for more than a year. Level 2 practitioners who would like to come along would be welcome. This is your chance to discuss cases in a relaxed atmosphere and get some help with the tricky ones - or to tell everyone about sessions that have amazed you. EFT Supervision day application form

LEVEL TWO. On this two-day workshop you can learn additional tapping points, ways to work more gently, finding core issues, looking at physical issues, testing results, and working on the telephone and in groups. This is the course for those who have completed Level 1 training and who want to learn to work more even more effectively. When you have done Level two training and submitted two satisfactory case histories you will be entitled to practitioner certification.

LEVEL THREE. This course is for you if you are an enthusiastic practitioner who wants to become a really top EFT therapist with the superb skills and personal qualities that that requires. Over two days you will build your confidence as well as your competence, enhance your creativity and tune in to your intuition. You will explore the rich and subtle complexity behind tapping's apparent simplicity. There will be time to look at difficult cases and cutting edge ideas from around the world. A course manual is provide and on-going supervision and specialist trainings will be offered after the weekend for those who want them.

Courses at Regent’s College in Central London cost £135 a day, £265 for a weekend. There is an early booking discount of 10 per cent if you pay in full two weeks before the course date, and a reduction of £20 if you save administration costs by booking two at the same time.
