Wellmeadow Road runs across Brownhill Road which is part of the South Circular (A205). Number 96 is to the right of Brownhill Road when you are following the South Circular from Catford towards Kent, or a left turn coming up the other way.
Parking is not a problem. It is plentiful and free.
Hither Green is the nearest railway station. There are regular trains from Charing Cross via Waterloo and London Bridge and from Cannon Street via London Bridge. Some trains stop at New Cross and Lewisham. The journey from London Bridge to Hither Green takes between 12 and 15 minutes and it is about a 12 minute walk from the station.

If you are walking from the station, the easiest way is to leave via Platform 1. There are steps down to the street at the end of the platform furthest from the ticket office. Then go up Duncrievie Road, which is almost opposite the exit. The first turn on the left is the beginning of Wellmeadow Road. (That does not work if you are driving because a short section of Wellmeadow Road is one way.
If you are coming by train and find you are early, there is a cafe in Hither Green Lane just near the junction with Brownhill Road. It is a slightly longer walk to come that way. You leave the station the same way and turn immediately left into Springbank Road. When you get to the end of Springbank Road Hither Green Lane is just on the left. When you leave the cafe turn left, right at the lights, and first left again.
Buses 124, 284 (Sandhurst Road) 160, 202 (Brownhill Road) and 181 (Dowanhill Road) also stop nearby.
